Also, I’m in the planning stages for a Virginia-oriented gift shop.
Apart from ‘organic’, which I cannot get.

if your goats are raised with organic standards you could get organic certified.
Are you an organic farmer? If so you should get certified as organic. Also, check with your state for small business certification (check your state’s website for application information).
Wow that is truly unique and very creative!
Here in Southern California we have large “Swap Meets” or Flea Markets and that sort of product would really be popular I am sure.
I love goat cheese, have you done that?
Also goat meat is popular particularly with the Hispanic market we have here.
