Young Money Presents Expert Opinion by Mike Michalowicz of The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur

I have heard that there are grant opportunities for women who want to start a small business in Texas. Does anyone know about such grants?

I know I would obviously have to start very, very small, not take a salary, and devote a lot of hard work to make the business successful. What kinds of loans/grants are out there for first-time small business owners? Woman-owned businesses? Are there any incentives to start a business (like tax credits) in this economy? Where should I go to start the process? Thanks!

Two women in business trying to raise capitol to get the business to take off. It was sugested that we try to look for grant money for minorities because we are women.

I work during the week with every other friday off and every other week-end off. I would like some ideas or even a book that has ideas for women who want to be entrepreneurs that have week-end business. I would like ideas with no investment or very low investment. Would I need a tax id number?

I was thinking about starting my own small business in Massachusetts.

I was wondering if there was any federal/state funding/grants available for something like this?

It would be a do it yourself dog wash. There are few outside of Boston but none in the city.

Please let me know and provide links/information if you can! Thanks! :)
